    Five Year Research Plans

    User: RenaissanceBunny - 17 October 2017 14:53

    Hi,

I'm applying for jobs and I need to write a 5 year research plan which is no longer than 2 side of A4. My problem is that how on earth do you get enough stuff into 2 side of A4. Currently I have three articles, the monograph of the thesis and the beginnings of another book, all with abstracts. My plan is currently only up to 2022. Do you just give article title and say a two line description?

    Thanks

I interpret this to mean a FUTURE research plan, not a plan of past achievements ie papers you can publish from previous research. I would include things like what I was going to research, techniques to use, potential collaborators, grants to apply for and then possible papers that may come out of it.
