The School of Science and Technology is one of the most innovative in the UK, with state-of-the-art facilities. We pride ourselves on our strong multidisciplinary ethos and delivery of excellent taught courses. Our research attracts substantial external funding to underpin our research programmes and PhD supervision.

The John van Geest Cancer Research Centre at Nottingham Trent University is undertaking research into leukaemia that aims to improve our understanding of how cellular and molecular circuits in the bone marrow microenvironment can be targeted to restore anti-cancer immune responses. The ultimate goal of this program is to translate these findings into immunotherapy clinical trials that benefit patients with acute leukaemia.

The University now seeks to recruit a full-time Research Fellow with appropriate skills and experience to support the development of this program.

Applications are welcomed from candidates with knowledge and experience in cellular and molecular biology and with expertise in cancer immunology.
