I am looking for candidates with interest/experience in waste resources and CO2 utilization. Candidates must be under the age of 35 and hold a PhD degree in Civil Engineering (with a focus on cement or concrete materials), Materials Science, Environmental Science, Chemical Engineering, Computing Engineering or have a PhD thesis related to materials Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), Modeling or Deep Learning (including AI).
Salary and Benefits:
1. The successful candidates will receive an annual salary of 320,000-520,000 RMB (including a housing allowance of 2,000 RMB per month). The initial appointment is for 2 years. Candidates holding a PhD from a university ranked within the top 200 will be eligible for an additional allowance of 150,000 RMB/year for 2 years.
2. Postdoctoral fellows with exceptional performance in the comprehensive evaluation will be awarded a one-time living allowance bonus of 300,000 RMB, those with excellent performance will be 100,000 RMB.
3. Children of postdoctoral fellows can be enrolled in the university-affiliated primary schools and kindergartens.
4. Annual medical checkup benefits at the highly-ranked university-affiliated hospitals.
5. Matching research grants or awards are provided at the college level or by your supervisor.
6. Based on research performance, postdoctoral researchers may be eligible for tenure-track positions after completing their term.
