    We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals for a postdoctoral fellow position in our lab to investigate neurosensory cell development and regeneration in cranial sensory organs, as well as renal development and diseases. Our research utilizes animal models and employs a range of biochemical, molecular, genetic, and genomic approaches to elucidate how epigenetic factors and gene interactions govern progenitor cell specification, differentiation, maintenance, regeneration, and dysfunction. Additionally, we are dedicated to advancing therapeutic approaches for inner ear hair cell regeneration through the development of novel gene or small-molecule candidates.

    Job duties:
    • Conduct active research on a semi-independent basis
    • Develop new ideas that promote current research
    • Collaborate with team members in data analysis
    • Participate in the preparation of manuscripts, grants, and presentations.

    Requirements:
    • Applicants must have a PhD degree in Biological Sciences, including Genetics, Developmental, Cell, or Molecular Biology.
    • Proficiency in techniques such as bulk or single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, CUT&Tag, or ChIP-seq is highly desirable.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
