    Post-doctoral positions (1-year contract) for synthetic biology/bioinformatics research project at Institute of Systems Biology (INBIOSIS), UKM

    · Post-doctoral fellow for research project “Microbial synthetic biology approach for plastic upcycling” or "Bagworm reference protein structure database for high throughput insecticide target screening"
    · Candidates must hold a PhD/Doctorate level degree (graduated in the year 2018-2022)
    . Have experience in either molecular cloning, metabolic engineering, bioprocess technology, bioinformatics, computational biology, data science or related fields
    · Good publication track record (At least 4 research papers published in WOS journals from the year 2020-2022)
    . Having TOEFL or IELTS certificate is an advantage
    · Interested candidates should be eligible to start working (with self-transport) at the UKM Bangi campus on 1 November or 1 December 2022
