I want to continue my career in Europe (Germany, Netherlands, ..). I don’t have any official work experience. Do you think I should seek for Ph.D. or internship or sth else? Get a job and if you truly want a career in academia, then go back and do a PhD. Otherwise, it’s probably best for you to stay clear
