    - USG (Unmanned Systems Group) at Chungnam National University is leading research on practical application of guidance, navigation, and control technology for unmanned aerial systems such as drone (drones) and satellites.

    [Job Description]
    - Seeks for a post-doctoral researcher who will work in our research group, Unmanned Systems Group (http://usg.cnu.ac.kr) in Chungnam National University (http://plus.cnu.ac.kr/html/en), Daejeon, Korea.

    Currently, our group has been carrying out the following research projects.
    - Guidance and control of unmanned aerial vehicles (various types of drones)
    - Flapping-wing micro aerial vehicles mimicking birds and insects
    - Organic flight array (integrated/separated operation of individual ducted-fan UAVs)
    - Drones for flying/climbing operations for close-range infrastructure monitoring
    - Relative navigation using PSDs (Position Sensitive Devices) for aircraft/spacecraft

    [Desired skills and experience]
    - control theory and simulation skills,
    - embedded hardware experience related to UAV, drones, or robotics,
    - open-source software (PX4, ardupilot, tensorflow, etc), or
    - computer language skills (MATLAB, C/C++, Python)
