    BioCyto is a preclinical stage biopharmaceutical company that owns and develops drug
    delivery platforms that address targeted delivery and programmed and on-demand release
    challenges. BioCyto is developing a highly versatile portfolio of proprietary biodegradable
    polymeric parenteral and intranasal drug delivery systems. We seek a talented and highly
    motivated scientist with an interest in applying fundamental and applied research to next
    generation biotherapeutic platforms.

    The company is headquartered in Cork (Ireland) with operational facilities in Trinity College
    Dublin and was co-founded in June 2017, by scientists and bioscience commercialization

    As a scientist you will possess:
    • a strong academic record at the PhD or postdoctoral level
    • excellent written and oral communication skills
    • demonstrated independence and work ethics
    • the ability to work as part of a team to deliver within project deadlines
    • research experience in pharmaceutical formulation/materials chemistry. Expertise in
    one or more of the following areas is sought: micro & nano-encapsulation
    techniques including electrospinning/electrospraying, extrusion technologies, and
    spray drying. Additional expertise in polymer chemistry is an advantage.
