Post-Doctoral Fellow in Statistical Bioinformatics - Myeloma Molecular Therapy Group



    The Institute of Cancer Research is at the forefront of international cancer research and, with the Royal Marsden NHS Trust, forms the largest comprehensive cancer centre in Europe.

    Professor Richard Houlston FRS and Dr Martin Kaiser are seeking a highly motivated Post-Doctoral Research Fellow to work on projects aiming to provide novel insights into the development of the immune plasma cell cancer multiple myeloma. There will be opportunities to work on a range of large-scale omics datasets.

    Applicants should have a good first degree in statistics, computer science, mathematics or similar and a PhD in statistics, computer science, mathematics, bioinformatics or similar. Experience in developing statistical models for data analysis is highly desirable. Excellent organisation and communication skills are essential.
