The Dairy Grassland Scientist will play a key role within the Sustainable Dairy Systems research team and will be responsible for conducting a range of research trials focused on improving the efficiency of dairy grassland production systems. The post holder will also have the opportunity to gain further experience in a range of areas including: research proposal development, partaking in international collaborations, building leadership and management skills, and advancing communication skills.
This is a research focused role, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to advance their research skills and competencies.
It is an exciting opening for a ruminant grassland specialist to advance their reputation and that of AFBI as a leading research centre in dairy grassland production practices.
