A Post Doc position is available, starting from June 2018, at the Synthetic Biology lab (Associate Professor Mario Andrea Marchisio) of the Health Science Platform—School of Pharmaceutical Science and Technology, Tianjin University (China).

The student should be strongly motivated to work in the field of Synthetic Biology and help set up the new Synthetic Biology lab.
Initial activity will be on the engineering of gene transcriptional and translational networks in the yeast S. cerevisiae.
A good knowledge of basic molecular biology techniques is required. Good spoken and written English is also mandatory.
