The QUEST team in the Department of Informatics, King’s College London are offering an exciting opportunity to work on a project that has the potential to have a positive impact on people’s well-being all over the world. We are looking for someone with a background in engineering or physics, an experimentalist with a hardware electronics background, who will develop systems and methods to use radio-frequency-based chemical analysis to monitor of medicines in pharmacies to ensure there are no dispensing errors. The successful candidate should be someone with experience of designing and building electronics, preferably radiofrequency electronics for magnetic resonance applications. They should also be able to both work in a team involving academics and people from the industrial sector, and carry out research independently.
