    A fixed term contract for 3 years
    This is a full time post

    This post is funded by the Cancer Research UK KHP Centre at King’s College London. One of the specialist themes of the centre is patient profiling and imaging, with the generation of large volumes of cancer molecular data (genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics, proteomics). The purpose of this post is to develop computational methods for the integration of different types of cancer molecular data. The post holder will be located at the Francis Crick Institute (where the Ciccarelli lab is seconded) with full access to the High Performance Computers of King’s College London and dedicated computer infrastructure within the Cancer Research UK Centre. A PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Quantitative Biology is essential. A strong background in statistics and previous experience with genomic data is mandatory.
