The Laboratory of Neuroendocrinology and Metabolism is offering a Postdoctoral scholarship in the area of Neuroendocrinology. The selected candidate will receive a FAPESP Postdoctoral Fellowship (R$ 12,000.00), starting immediately. The scholarship will be valid until September 30, 2025.
Candidates must have completed their doctorate or have already submitted their thesis before the defense. Due to the short duration of the fellowship, priority will be given to candidates with proven experience in handling mice, conducting in vivo experiments with rodents, analyzing metabolic aspects, and experience in nervous system histology, neuroanatomy, and hormone assays.
The project will be conducted under the supervision of Prof. Jose Donato Jr., PhD, whose laboratory is located in the Department of Physiology and Biophysics, Institute of Biomedical Sciences, University of São Paulo, São Paulo, Brazil. Applications must be submitted by December 8, 2024 via email (
