The Obesity and Comorbidities Research Center (OCRC-IB/UNICAMP) offers
a postdoctoral fellowship to work in the investigation of the molecular mechanisms involved in metabolic programming signaling induced by amino acid restriction. The selected candidate will be involved in the research program and experimental studies of aspects related to the Developmental Origins of Health and Disease (DOHaD Concept), especially focusing on environmental (nutritional) factors that impact the development of obesity and insulin resistance in hepatocytes and beta-pancreatic cells.
Applicants should be familiar with molecular biology techniques including cell culture, cellular transfection, cellular metabolism evaluation, RNAseq, bioinformatics.
Interested candidates should contact Prof. Everardo Magalhães Carneiro at
[email protected] announcing that would like to participate in the selection process and
