    Science-led and evidence-based, the NC3Rs is the UK’s national organisation for the 3Rs, established in 2004 to accelerate the development and uptake of new models and tools that replace, reduce or refine the use of animals in research and testing. We have shown that science and technology focused on minimising animal use or improving animal welfare, can deliver benefits to human health, protection of the environment and business opportunities. The NC3Rs is primarily funded by Government and has an annual budget of approximately £10M. Its activities are divided between its role as the UK’s major 3Rs research and innovation funder and programmes led by its own team of scientists.     NC3R is recruiting for a Digital Content Manager to be responsible for identifying opportunities for the dissemination of our work and coordinating the outputs across our digital channels, ensuring all materials abide by house style and are of an appropriate tone for the organisation.
    You will take ownership of the NC3Rs social media accounts and oversee the production and management of multimedia content to support the dissemination of our messages.
    You will act as a brand guardian whilst contributing to wider communication activities on varies social media platforms.
    You will be confident in dealing with internal and external collaborators, have strong organisational, team-working and time-management skills, a good understanding of Google Analytics to report, and excellent attention to detail. You are self-motivated, quick to learn and flexible enough to support the team on a diverse portfolio of activities while being able to prioritise well. You will bring good communication skills with an ability to build effective working relationships with a range of partners.
