Applications are invited for a 3-year post-doctoral research position at the MRC London Institute of Medical Sciences (LMS) at Imperial College London (

We study how enhancers, enhancer-promoter contacts and cis-regulatory networks mediate the effects of disease-linked genetic variants and extracellular signals on gene expression using a combination of experimental and computational approaches.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative and creative postdoctoral scientist with a strong experience in high-throughput epigenomics and/or CRISPR targeting (activation/interference) assays, and ideally a track record in successful methodology development. Some computational experience in genomic data analysis is desirable, but not essential.
