Technology of Superconducting Qubit Devices

The successful candidates will work as part of the recently formed Munich Quantum Valley (MQV) project, on the development, scaling and integration of superconducting qubits for quantum computing applications. The project work will specifically include state-of-the-art nanofabrication, advanced electrical measurement techniques and interface preparation. It will be carried out in close collaboration with other MQV partners such as the Walther-Meißner-Institut and the Fraunhofer EMFT.

Work within an interdisciplinary, competitive project as part of a large collaborative network towards the realization and operation of quantum computers
Design, fabricate and optimize superconducting qubit device structures and circuit components using state-of-the-art nano- and thin film technology
