    Questionnaire- Online testing for Graduate jobs

    Dear All,

    I`m conducting a study towards my PhD into applicant reactions to online testing for Graduate jobs, therefore I need your help! The study concerns your latest job application that involved some aspect of online psychometric testing as part of the selection/recruitment process, and the survey takes about 10 minutes to complete.
