PostDoc Discussion Forum

Hey all. I was looking at an international conference paper submission requirements and one of the categories they ask for is a topic about visionary or conceptual ideas. This topic is intended as a forum to present well-argued ideas, not mature research topics. I'm a comp science student and I'm just wondering if anyone has any experience of examples of papers in any scientific discipline that would fit this category ? It doesn't have to be comp sci but it would be a great help to me if it were. I just want to get an idea of what is required and looking at a previous example would be a great starting point.
