(Full-time, fixed term for 2 years) This post is part of a multi-university project funded by the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council. The work will involve the development of theory and simulation methods for use in the design of Ge/SiGe infra-red single photon detectors which will be fabricated and characterised by the experimental team within this project.
